New Beginnings…Again!

Hello, my lovely readers! For those of you who are new here, welcome to my blog where I will be documenting everything Germany-related as I set out on my upcoming Permanent Change of Station (PCS) with the military! I am so incredibly excited to have the opportunity to move back to my beloved Germany again, this time for three (maybe more) years! For those of you who remember this blog the first time around, welcome back. I probably won’t be posting as religiously as I did during study abroad in 2018-2019, but I love having my old blog posts to reminisce and show my own personal growth from that time, so I want to continue the trend while I’m out in Germany again.

An assignment to Germany has been a long time coming for me. Literally as soon as I accepted my job I knew I wanted to be stationed in Germany again. Germany for me is a place of personal growth, challenges, adventure, and so many opportunities. When it came time to pick my next military assignment, I had some changes in my personal life that really highlighted how right Germany would be for me for my next move, and God was really working for me because I was able to get essentially my dream assignment thanks to the help of my leadership and superiors. This sounds incredibly cliché, but I just feel this is where I am meant to be for the next part of my life and I cannot wait to see where the journey takes me.

I am currently in the throes of PCS chaos (so many phone calls to organize my life LOL), but once it gets closer to my intended departure, I will update everyone on the big move. For now, thank you for reading and following along on my journey.
